This fee is to cover the chef labor for the tasting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>What is the deposit amount for events?<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will secure your event date.\u202fA menu is not needed to book your event. The most important thing is to secure the date. \u201cDetails\u201d can be added at a later time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>When will you need a final guest count?<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Guest counts are required 14\u00a0days prior to the event.\u202fThis is so we can plan for food orders and staffing.\u202fWe can generally add a few guests after\u00a0that time\u00a0if needed, but we cannot go down on the count.\u00a0At that time, the final balance is due.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>What\u2019s the difference between \u201ccatering\u201d and \u201cdelivery?\u201d<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A catered meal is served by Delicious Details staff. A delivered meal is just that: packaged and delivered to you, ready for you to serve. If you\u2019re not sure what you need, call us to discuss the options based on the size of your event and your needs.\u00a0Serving equipment is available to rent for delivered meals.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>Can you accommodate special dietary needs?<\/i><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Of course!
