Delicious Details: The name says it all!
In 1995 Dawn Gentle was asked by an acquaintance to prepare a special meal for a bed and breakfast guest staying in Fredericksburg. The gentleman wanted to propose marriage over a candlelight dinner for two at the bed and breakfast. Dawn agreed to prepare the dinner and everything went very well and thus, Romance Unlimited was born.
As the business continued to grow, so did the clientele, and “Romance Unlimited” was no longer a good fit with direction the business was taking. Romance Unlimited then became Delicious Details. The name says it all.
When Dawn started this business, she was the only employee! Today she is still involved in every facet of the business.
Since 2008 Delicious Details has operated out of its full-scale commercial kitchen located at 1079 Ranch Road 1376.
