Personnel:
Delicious Details will provide professional service staff to serve Buffet style. We will be glad to assist you in figuring out how many professionals you need at your event. Labor is calculated at a 5 hour minimum. Travel, set-up, break-down and finish times are included. All of our staff is well trained and professional.
Event Production Charge:
Although this charge is an industry standard, we still want to explain our production fee or service charge. Depending on the size and “details” of your event, there are usually a couple of days or even weeks of work and a team of professionals that are involved in an event that the client never sees. This includes menu creation, purchasing and stocking raw ingredients, kitchen prep, planning, packing loading & unloading of necessary event equipment, administrative, and vehicle expenses. 20% is added to all events.

Hors D’oeuvres are priced as a packages and are dependent on the details of your event. If you are interested in having tray passed or station hors d’oeuvres at your event, please call or email me with your choices, and I will put together a package price for your event.
Delicious Details have TABC certified bartenders available with a 5 hour minimum shift per bartender at $30.00 per hour plus travel time.
Delicious Details also offers a bar set-up service. We can provide anything from the bare necessities (openers, napkins, drink tubs, drink ice, etc.) to the olive in the martini. We just need to know what you are serving at your bar in order to give you an accurate quote. We can also provide glassware or plastic drinkware for the bars as well as bar tables and linen.
