Where are you located? 
Our address is 1079 Ranch Road 1376 in Fredericksburg, TX 78624. All visits to the location are by appointment only. Please call 830-997-7879 to schedule a time to come by. 

What is your fee for tastings? 
Tastings are by appointment only. The charge is $50.00 for two people and $25 per additional person, limited to four. This fee is to cover the chef labor for the tasting. 

What is the deposit amount for events? 
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit will secure your event date. A menu is not needed to book your event. The most important thing is to secure the date. “Details” can be added at a later time. 

When will you need a final guest count? 
Guest counts are required 14 days prior to the event. This is so we can plan for food orders and staffing. We can generally add a few guests after that time if needed, but we cannot go down on the count. At that time, the final balance is due.  

What’s the difference between “catering” and “delivery?” 
A catered meal is served by Delicious Details staff. A delivered meal is just that: packaged and delivered to you, ready for you to serve. If you’re not sure what you need, call us to discuss the options based on the size of your event and your needs. Serving equipment is available to rent for delivered meals.  

Can you accommodate special dietary needs? 
Of course! We can modify recipes for gluten-free, no nuts, etc. Just call to discuss menu selections and substitutions.  

What does the service charge cover? 
Although this charge is an industry standard, we still want to explain our expense fee. Depending on the size and “details” of your event, there are a couple of days or even weeks of work and a team of professionals that are involved in an event that the client never sees. This includes menu creation, purchasing and stocking raw ingredients, kitchen prep, planning, packing loading & unloading of necessary event equipment, administrative, and vehicle expenses. 20% is added to all events.
